4 tablespoons oil
5 garlic, finely chopped
1 fresh red chilly, slice thinly
400g small prawns, peel
500ml hot water
10 shitake mushrooms, slice
5 Chye Sim stalks (Green Vegetable), cut into 1 inch pieces Or
red and green bell peppers
4 strips dried bean skin, soak to soften, cut
500g cabbage, cut into strips
100g glass noodles, soaked to soften
5 teaspoon light soy sauce
I stoke cube, dissolved in a little hot water
1 teaspoon grounded pepper
few drops of sesame oil
Salt
Heat oil in a wok and sauté the garlic first and then add the
taucheo and sliced fresh red chilly. Add the prawns and stir-fry until they change colour. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Turn the ingredients about in the pan to thoroughly mix. Add a little water and the stock cube and sesame oil. Mix well. Add salt and pepper.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked and stock is almost absorbed.
